Terms of Use

Fairtime is provided by Fairtime Football Ltd (company no. 17378094, registered in England and Wales) to grassroots football managers to plan fixtures, allocate playing time fairly, and run match day. By using it you agree to the points below.

Your account

• You're responsible for the data you enter, including squad rosters and parent contact links.
• You agree to use the parent-link feature only with parents who have agreed to receive it. Don't post the links publicly.
• Don't use Fairtime for purposes that could embarrass, harm, or rank children publicly. The product is built to avoid this; please don't work around it.

Service availability

Fairtime is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and to back data up, but we don't offer a service-level guarantee. If something genuinely breaks during a fixture, please contact us afterwards so we can fix it.

Pricing

Running your own team on Fairtime is free. Everything a manager uses to plan fixtures, share playing time fairly, and run match day is free, and so is everything a parent sees through a parent link. Anything you already use at team level stays free — that promise is permanent, and it doesn't depend on whether your club subscribes.

The club product is paid. If a club wants the cross-team layer — committee oversight and the club evidence report — that's a club subscription, priced per season by the number of teams the club runs. The price for your club is always shown before checkout, no VAT is added, and payment is handled by Stripe. Each season's renewal is priced from the club's team count at that point, so the price follows the club's size in both directions.

A club subscription renews each season unless it's cancelled. To cancel, email support@fairtime.football and we'll stop the next renewal — the club keeps access until the end of the season it has paid for. If a club subscribes and changes its mind within 14 days, we'll refund in full. If a club stops paying, nothing is deleted: every team keeps its full record and coaches keep full access — only the club-level oversight locks. If we change club pricing, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a renewal is affected.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that present a clear safeguarding concern.

Liability

Fairtime is a planning tool. The manager remains responsible for player welfare, FA / league compliance, and the conduct of the team on match day. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
