Fairtime is built by a small UK team. No ticket numbers, no chatbots — every address below reaches a real person.

General help

Stuck on something, spotted a bug, or not sure how a feature works? Email support@fairtime.football — include your team or club name and we'll sort it. Signed in already? Send feedback in your account menu is the quickest route of all — it comes straight to us.

Setting up your club

You can link teams yourself: under Team links on your club's pages, name each team and we'll ask its manager — we'll always check with each team's manager first, and a team only joins your club when its manager says yes. Lots of teams, or not sure of the names? Email support@fairtime.football with your club name and we'll take it from there.

Billing

Only clubs pay for Fairtime — it's free for managers and free for parents, and stays that way. For anything about your club's subscription — receipts, invoices, or a payment that doesn't look right — email support@fairtime.football. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch Fairtime.

Parents

There's no account and nothing to log in to — your team's page comes as a private link from the team's manager. If your link stops working or something looks off, ask the manager first; they hold your link and can send a fresh one. For anything they can't answer, you're welcome at support@fairtime.football.

Your data

To ask what we hold, request a copy, or have it deleted, email privacy@fairtime.football. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.

Safeguarding

Fairtime is built around children's data, so safeguarding concerns go to the front of the queue: safeguarding@fairtime.football. Our Safeguarding Statement explains the approach.

Security

Found a security vulnerability? Email incident@fairtime.football — it skips the support queue and gets seen first.
